Ho'oponopono "Forgivenes"
Our journal provides a safe space to allow the flow of energy to be reborn within each of us. A way to release our burdens or 'pohaku'. The heaviness of sorrow, regret, anger, resentment, etc. It aims to restore self-love and balance and can also be a powerful method for purifying the mind and dispelling negative thoughts.
This challenge takes you through 21 days of diving in to what we need to release, to embrace, and realizing what we are truly grateful for.
