As a lightworker and healer, I am passionate about guiding others to unlock their inner courage and resilience. In 2013, I embarked on a spiritual journey of self-discovery that ultimately led me to my teacher, Reiki Master Susan Varsames, at the Holistic Learning Center of Maui in 2016. Seeking to heal years of pain and emotional turmoil, I quickly connected with the physical, emotional, and spiritual healing that Reiki offers. Since then, I have consistently practiced self-care and continued my studies to achieve Reiki level 2 certification in 2017, Reiki Master certification in 2018, and Reiki Master/Teacher certification in 2020. In addition to Reiki, I am also a certified aromatherapist and Science of Mind (SOM) practitioner. My love for energy healing has driven me to pursue even more knowledge. My ultimate goal is to help individuals understand the connection between their mind, body, and soul. If you are searching for guidance and inner peace, I am here to help. I believe there are points in our lives where we are presented with the crossroads of change. When this happens, it can trigger our “fight/flight/frozen” mechanism. Our choice in these moments is to be honest with ourselves about our truest (possibly newest) needs/ wants. We are ever evolving beings. Asking ourselves the tough questions and having the courage to look ourselves in the eyes and express the harsh truth, is where it begins. By learning and leading with a heart of compassion and understanding, my intention is to share my journey with others as I continue to grow and expand. I aim to assist in the acknowledgement of (not just the traumas we may be aware of) but also, the unspoken wounds within us waiting to be revealed. Waiting to be healed. Our lives are filled with clues and sometimes the not-so-subtle smacks with the 2x4’s of divine intervention. I wish to walk this journey with you as we gain inspiration, creation, take action, and engage in course correction. Let’s discover YOU!

Ho'oponopono "Forgivenes"
Our journal provides a safe space to allow the flow of energy to be reborn within each of us. A way to release our burdens or 'pohaku'. The heaviness of sorrow, regret, anger, resentment, etc. It aims to restore self-love and balance and can also be a powerful method for purifying the mind and dispelling negative thoughts.
This challenge takes you through 21 days of diving in to what we need to release, to embrace, and realizing what we are truly grateful for.
